Wellness Disclaimer
This page sets healthy boundaries around meditation, spiritual reflection, and mental health.
Effective date: August 24, 2026.
Wholisticated Lady provides meditation, reflection, spiritual, and self-connection resources for educational and personal growth purposes. The content on this website, in our emails, on YouTube, and in our digital products is not medical advice, mental health care, therapy, counseling, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis support.
Not medical or mental health advice
Meditation and reflection can be supportive for many people, but they are not a replacement for professional medical care, therapy, psychiatric care, trauma support, or spiritual counseling from a trusted leader in your tradition.
Stop if you feel unsafe
If any meditation, breath practice, silence practice, journaling prompt, or reflection feels overwhelming, unsafe, dissociative, triggering, or distressing, stop the practice. You may open your eyes, feel your feet on the floor, look around the room, drink water, call a trusted person, or contact a qualified professional.
Emergency support
If you are in immediate danger, thinking about harming yourself or someone else, or experiencing a crisis, contact emergency services in your area immediately. If you are in the United States, you can call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Faith and spiritual discernment
Our resources are faith-inclusive. They are not intended to replace your pastor, priest, imam, rabbi, monk, spiritual director, counselor, therapist, community, or conscience. Use the practices in a way that honors your own faith, values, and personal discernment.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do not promise that meditation will heal, cure, fix, transform, or resolve any specific condition, relationship, emotion, spiritual concern, financial situation, or life circumstance. Every person’s experience is different.
