Refund and Digital Delivery Policy
Publish this only if the 30-day refund promise is exactly what you want to honor.

This policy applies to purchases of The Wholisticated Stillness Guide and other digital products sold by Wholisticated Lady.
Digital delivery
After purchase, you should receive access to your digital product through a checkout confirmation page, a download link, and/or a purchase receipt email. If you do not receive your download, email hello@wholisticatedlady.com with your name, purchase email, order number if available, and approximate purchase date.
30-day refund policy
If you purchase The Wholisticated Stillness Guide and feel it is not right for you, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, email hello@wholisticatedlady.com with your name, purchase email, order number if available, and the product purchased.
Refunds may be processed through the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
Refund limits
We reserve the right to deny refund requests made after the refund period, connected to fraud or abuse, made through a third-party platform with separate refund rules, or connected to redistribution of the product.
No physical shipping
The Wholisticated Stillness Guide is a digital product. No physical product will be shipped unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page.
