Refund and Digital Delivery Policy
Clear, honest terms for how we handle refund requests.
Effective date: September 2, 2026.
This policy applies to purchases of The Wholisticated Stillness Guide, The Wholisticated Membership, and other digital products sold by Wholisticated Lady.
Digital delivery
After purchase, you should receive access to your digital product through a checkout confirmation page, a download link, and/or a purchase receipt email. If you do not receive your download, email hello@wholisticatedlady.com with your name, purchase email, order number if available, and approximate purchase date.
One-time digital purchases: all sales final
Because our courses, guides, and workbooks are instant-access digital products, all one-time purchases are final. We do not offer refunds once a digital product has been delivered, except where required by law (see the EU/UK notice below).
We encourage you to review each product's description carefully before purchasing. If you have a question about whether a product is right for you, email hello@wholisticatedlady.com before you buy and we're happy to help.
The Wholisticated Membership
You can cancel your Wholisticated Membership at any time; cancellation takes effect immediately and you will not be charged again. If you'd like to request a refund of your most recent membership charge, email hello@wholisticatedlady.com with your name, account email, and the date of the charge within 30 days of that charge.
Membership refund requests are not automatic. Each one is reviewed individually and approved at our discretion, in good faith, based on the circumstances of the request. If approved, refunds are processed through the original payment method, and depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days to appear.
EU/UK customers: right of withdrawal
If you're purchasing from the EU or UK, you have a legal right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days, unless you've expressly consented to immediate access and waived that right at checkout. If you did not waive it, contact hello@wholisticatedlady.com to exercise your withdrawal right within that window.
Refund limits
We reserve the right to deny refund requests connected to fraud or abuse, made through a third-party platform with separate refund rules, or connected to redistribution of the product.
No physical shipping
Our products are digital. No physical product will be shipped unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page.
