Who we are

Wholisticated Lady creates faith-inclusive meditation, reflection, and self-connection resources - including the 7-Day Stillness Reset, RAS Reset, The Wholisticated Stillness Guide, Foundations of Self-Healing, and The Wholisticated Membership - for people seeking stillness, meaning, and a deeper relationship with themselves and their own faith tradition. Faith-inclusive approach

Wholisticated Lady is faith-inclusive. Our materials may reference meditation, prayer, silence, breath, reflection, contemplation, or spiritual connection across different traditions. We do not ask you to abandon, replace, or convert from your faith tradition.

Free content, digital products, and your license

Nearly every course and ebook Wholisticated Lady publishes - including the 7-Day Stillness Reset, RAS Reset, The Wholisticated Stillness Guide, Foundations of Self-Healing, Rewiring the Self, Breathwork Fundamentals, The Six Universal Human Drives, Architecture of Mind & Symbol, and The Gut-Brain Axis & Intuition - is free forever, with no purchase required. A small number of products are sold separately at their own price, and The Wholisticated Membership is a paid, recurring add-on described below.

Whether you access something for free or pay for it, you receive a personal-use license: you may download, read, and use the materials for your own personal growth and reflection.

You may not:

• Share your download link or Membership login publicly.
• Resell, copy, upload, or distribute any product or Membership content.
• Claim any product as your own.
• Use the material in a paid course, group, church program, workshop, or commercial setting without written permission.
• Modify and resell any product under another name.

Membership terms

The Wholisticated Membership is a recurring subscription billed monthly ($9.99) or annually ($89), depending on the plan you select at checkout. Your subscription includes a 7-day free trial before the first charge. It includes progress tracking, a completion certificate for every course you finish, the Archetype Tracker, early access to new content, and the private Wholisticated Lady Discord community, on top of everything already free.

Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime through your ThriveCart customer portal or by contacting hello@wholisticatedlady.com; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period unless required by our Refund Policy.

Payment and delivery

Payments are processed through ThriveCart using Stripe. We do not directly store your full payment card information. After purchase, you should receive access to your digital download, course, or Membership through the checkout confirmation page and/or by email.

Refunds

Our refund policy is described separately on the Refund Policy page. If that page says a refund is available, the terms on that page control.

Testimonials and results

Testimonials, reviews, or reader stories reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee you will have the same results. We aim to use real testimonials only; if names are changed for privacy, we will say so.

AI-assisted content

Some content, drafts, outlines, copy, or business materials may be created with AI-assisted tools and then reviewed, edited, arranged, and approved by Wholisticated Lady. AI is used as a support tool, not a replacement for human judgment, spiritual care, or personal responsibility.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website copy, product names, downloadable resources, designs, meditations, prompts, and digital products are owned by Wholisticated Lady. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, distribute, or republish our materials without written permission.

Third-party links

This website may link to third-party sites, including YouTube, Pinterest, ThriveCart, Kit, or other platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party sites.

No guarantees and limitation of liability

We do not guarantee any specific emotional, spiritual, financial, health, relationship, or personal outcome from using our website, videos, emails, Membership, or products. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wholisticated Lady is not liable for damages related to your use of these resources. Use all practices with personal discernment; if a practice feels unsafe, distressing, or overwhelming, stop and seek appropriate support.
