Faith-inclusive approach
Wholisticated Lady is faith-inclusive. Our materials may reference meditation, prayer, silence, breath, reflection, contemplation, or spiritual connection across different traditions. We do not ask you to abandon, replace, or convert from your faith tradition.
Digital product license
When you purchase The Wholisticated Stillness Guide or any digital product, you receive a personal-use license. You may download, read, and use the materials for your own personal growth and reflection.
You may not share your download link publicly, resell the product, upload it, distribute it, claim it as your own, or use it in a paid course, group, workshop, or commercial setting without written permission.
Payment and delivery
Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and merchant of record. We do not directly store your full payment card information. After purchase, you should receive access to your digital download through the checkout confirmation page and/or by email.
Testimonials, AI, and intellectual property
Testimonials and reviews are individual experiences, not guarantees. Some drafts or business materials may be created with AI-assisted tools and then reviewed, edited, arranged, and approved by Wholisticated Lady.
Unless otherwise stated, website copy, product names, downloadable resources, designs, meditations, prompts, and digital products are owned by Wholisticated Lady or used with permission.
No guarantees and limitation of liability
We do not guarantee any specific emotional, spiritual, financial, health, relationship, or personal outcome from using our website, videos, emails, or products. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wholisticated Lady is not liable for damages related to your use of these resources.
